PolySing is the brainchild of a group of polytechnic lecturers from Singapore.

PolySing is founded on the belief that the training dollar is worth more than it’s face value today. Professional executive training and enrichment workshops can be made more relaxing, exciting, interesting, different, and yet remain affordable. Attending a training workshop should be as exciting as going for a holiday.

PolySing follows five basic principles in offering value-for-money management training and enrichment courses for junior and middle-level executives.

First, all PolySing’s workshops are facilitated by experienced professionals, polytechnic and university lecturers . These professionals are experts in their field of work with many years of relevant experiences.

Second, our courses are conducted in a conducive and exciting environment, often far away from the offices of the participants. This way, participants can be fully relaxed, distanced from their daily chores, and be able to concentrate fully and enjoy the tasks at hand. The training venues will be away from Singapore. Unlike others, where their trainings are held in local Singapore venues or in their own training schools. Their particpants can be easily besieged and disrupted by continuous requests from the own office and associates. We’ll fly (or overland coach) all our participants away from Singapore and return, at no extra charge. Each participant will be allocated an individual hotel single-room in a 3-star or 4-star rated hotel or resort. Air-ticket, breakfast, morning and afternoon tea and, lunch will also be taken care for at no extra charge. Classes and workshops will be held in the overseas resort or hotel’s conference room with outdoor experimental field works, where appropriate.

Third, learning will be fun yet challenging. Being in a foreign place, an immediate feeling of adventure and mystery will transcend the participants. Our trained professional facilitators will prepare quality activity-based training material with game plays, case studies, field exercises and break-off sessions where participants have the opportunity to carry out relevant research and field work in the new environment - hence immersing themselves in the new atmosphere – thus, challenging and discovering first-hand interesting places and information themselves.

Fourth, the course fees will remain very competitive and low cost. Our course fees are comparable or lower than some of the similar courses offered by other training schools in Singapore. The low course-fee will enhance affordablilty for many executives, supervisors, junior and middle-level managers to participate in PolySing's unique training approach.

Fifth, class size is small. Each class has 20 or fewer participants. This ensures maximum attention from the facilitator. Also, team rapport, team sharing, learning, and team spirit amongst the participants will be easier to cultivate. Hopefully, new business knowledge are acquired and new business relationships will blossom amongst the participants.
