Ellis is currently
an associate professor in a university in Hong Kong. He is based
in Hong Kong and visits Singapore on a regular basis. He has
worked in various capacities as lecturer, specialist trainer,
senior lecturer, associate professor in various higher institutions
such as Singapore Polytechnic and UK Univerity of Middlesex.
He holds a MSc and BSc from University of Western Australia
Peter
Xu
is currently the Senior Business Manager with China National
Computer Software & Technology Service Corporation. He has
also worked in various capacities as Senior Consultant, Manager
and as a Lecturer for Philips Singapore, NCB Singapore, Singapore
Polytechnic and SIM university. He has also spent 4 years as
project leader in UK, Tactical Controls Corp. Peter holds an
MSc and BSc from University of Stirling and Beijing University
respectively.
Peter
Bowyer
has worked for 20 years in various UK universities in various
capacities as lecturer, senior lecturer, project leader and
course administrator. In the last 15 years, he has been based
in Asia. He held various management positions as Head of Computer
Center of Singapore Polytechnic, Principal of an Indonesian
Polytechnic, and Directors of several asian incorporated companies.
He is currently stationed in Thailand. Peter holds a BSc and
a MSc in Information Systems.
Marc
Ha
has over 9 years experience in the public relations industry,
and has extensive experience working with Fortune 1000 companies
such as Citibank, Gartner, Microsoft, Nokia, Symantec and Visa,
among others. As a PR consultant, Marc has a track record in
helping companies formulate and deliver high-impact communications
campaigns that reach out to a broad range of audiences, from
consumer end-users through to business-decision makers and C-level
executives. Marc holds a BSc in Communications (honours) from
NTU, Singapore.
Tan
Siew Eng
has worked as an educator and trainer for 30 years with the
Ministry of Education, Singapore. She has worked in many secondary
schools in Singapore. She has profound knowledge in the training
of student care and relationship management. She is well known
for her supervisory skills and school promotion activities.

Dr.Jacquie
Mather currently
works as a Lecturer at a local university in Singapore. She
has worked extensively in the Australian tertiary system and
has provided a wide range of consultancies in public and private
sector organisations in Australia, Scandinavia and Singapore.
Jacquie's work as a Training Manager has involved her in the
coaching and evaluation of over 2000 teaching and training professionals
from diverse vocational and cultural backgrounds. She has conducted
numerous workshops in the area of behaviour management, assessment
and communication, presented papers at international conferences
and published in a variety of journals. Jacquie was educated
in Australia and holds a Master of Education degree, Management
Diploma and TESOL qualifications. Her Doctoral research work
involves the application of Repertory Grid to varies organizational
settings.
Dr. Timothy Teo is
a currently working as a lecturer with a local university. He
has also worked as a lecturer in other higher institutions,
including the Singapore Polytechnic. Prior to being a lecturer,
Timothy has worked many years in several multinationals and
gain experience in various aspects of design, logistic operations
and management. He holds a BSc in Media design and a Doctorate
in Sociology.
Jack Koh
graduated from the University of Heriott Watt with a MSc degree
in Business Adminstration and the University of Aston, Birmingham
with a MSc in Computer Science. He has also gained professional
qualifications from the Institute of Marketing (UK), Institute
of Work Study Practitioners (UK), British Computer Society,
and Association of Certified Accountants (UK). Jack has won
2 academic scholarships, namely a British Embassy university
award and JICA - Colombo plan. He has worked for many multinationals
such as BP, IBM, Apple Computers, Rollei in various capacities
as divisional manager, MIS manager, and senior systems analyst.
He has also worked as a senior lecturer and section head in
a local polytechnic in Singapore for 18 years. In year 2000,
his polytechnic bestowed him with the "excellent teacher"
award. He is a consulting lecturer with SIM and technical consultant
to ongoing educational projects in Indonesia. Todate, he has
published 3 books with Prentice Hall and Thomson publishing
house.
Dennis Sale is
a Senior Lecturer and Section Head of Educational Development
at a local Polytechnic in Singapore. He has worked extensively
in all sectors of the British educational system and has provided
a wide range of consultancies in public and private sector organisations,
both in the UK and in several Asian countries. Dennis is noted
for his charisma and competence in the area of creative teaching
and presenting and has been personally involved in the training,
coaching and evaluation of over 2000 teaching and training professionals
from diverse vocational and cultural backgrounds. He has conducted
numerous workshops in the area of human learning, assessment
and communication, presented over 30 papers at international
conferences and published in a variety of journals. Dennis was
educated in the UK and holds a Master of Education degree with
distinction.
Ms Lina Xu
is a leadership and management development facilitator who brings
a rich depth and breadth of 20 years of corporate banking experience
to the training and development arena. She is on the adjunct
faculty of the US-based Center for Creative Leadership, and
has worked with global clients in MNCs across the region. Her
interest and focus is on Leadership Development and Executive
Coaching. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers
and has a Master degree in Social Science (Counselling).
Abraham
Kee
graduated from the University of Leeds, UK, with a Masters Degree
in Vision Visualization & Environment with distinction.
He has worked a lecturer in a local polytechnic in Singapore
for 4 years. He then rejoined the private sector in 2000. Since
then, he has held several senior managerial positions, and has
gain valuable experience in consulting services, solutions structures,
organizational strategies, systems cycles, business development,
and project management. Abraham was also a consultant lecturer
with Singapore Institute of Management for several years.
Dr. Johnny Quek has
worked as a consultant to Citibank NA Consumer banking in Asia
Pacific region. He has also gained many years working experiences
in banking, construction, and procurement. Johnny has also taught
thee NUS Hons Degree programme in banking and finance. He holds
a Doctorate in Business Administration from Brunel University,
and MBA from New York University and a FCIS London.
Lim
Hock Lye is
currently a lecturer with a polytechnic in Singapore. A well
liked trainer, his professional qualifications include a BSc
in applied science and Diploma in Economics from NUS. He has
clocked 8 years of professional lecturing experiences. He was
previously the project leader for development works with a MNC.
He obtained a Gold award for his project from the National Innovation
Quality Carnival 2003
Joseph
Tang Kwee Beng
had taught many courses relating to Association of Chartered
Certified Accountants. He is a Certified Public Accountant and
a Certified Chartered Accountant (UK). Joseph also holds additional
degree in Economics and a MBA. He has many years of expertise
experience in accounting, finance and business management for
entities in Singapore and Asia Pacific Region. His vast experience
and exposure saw him holding various positions of Auditor, Accountant
and Finance Director-Asia in several MNCs and statutory boards.
Having educated with a multi-disciplines background and having
work with many type of organizations have enabled Joseph to
understand business in a wider perspective
Poh
Heo Tat
obtained his Master of Laws from the National University of
Singapore. He has immersed experience in commercial litigation
practice and has represented many local and international clients
in legal disputes relating to commercial contracts, copyright
& trademark infringements and commercial fraud cases. In
his legal practice, he acted for clients that include government
agencies like statutory boards and universities, international
banks and accounting firms. Currently, he lectures at a local
polytechnic and is also an associate tutor in business law with
SIM University. Mr.Poh chairs the Volunteer Probation Officers’
Committee, Ministry of Community Development Youth and Sports
(2006-2008) and is admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of
the Supreme Court of Singapore
