Guided practice through a facilitated process will allow participants
to examine the common pitfalls in feedback and coaching and
lay the groundwork for effective coaching practices to be put
in place.
This program aims
to increase the manager’s effectiveness in developing
the requisite know-how to undertake performance coaching.
Ms Lina Xu is
a leadership and management development facilitator who brings
a rich depth and breadth of 20 years of banking corporate
experience to the training and development arena. She is on
the adjunct faculty of the US-based Center for Creative Leadership,
and has worked with global clients in MNCs across the region.
Her interest and focus is on Leadership Development and Executive
Coaching. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers
and has a Master degree in Social Science (Counselling).
