offers encouragement and practical techniques to any
person who wishes to develop his/her personal capacity
to become a more effective leader, at work and at play.
It aims to heighten self-awareness of one’s own
strengths and possible developmental areas thru’
reflective activities, experiential exercises, self-assessment
tools, and peer learning sessions.
Participants

Ms
Lina Xu is a leadership and management development facilitator
who brings a rich depth and breadth of corporate experience
to the training and development arena. She is on the
adjunct faculty of the US-based Center for Creative
Leadership, and has worked with global clients in MNCs
across the region. Her interest and focus is on Leadership
Development and Executive Coaching. She is a Fellow
of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and has a Master
degree in Social Science (Counselling).
