What is
the Repertory Grid and How Can it Help You?
RP is a form of structured interviewing that allows
you to build bridges between quantitative and qualitative
research techniques. The qualitative material is expressed
and analysed in a demonstrably reliable way, while quantitative
information is obtained which stays true to a person's
personally intended meaning.
This workshop
is conducted in an interactive and activity-based manner.
Participants will take part in various activities, including
roles plays, group discussions, and interviews.
Participants
will learn how to develop and customize repertory grids
for specific use in your own organization, and you will
become competent using the WWW for analysis. This will
enable you to understand how an individual really sees
the world, and to better respond to situations which
require creative and critical thinking skills to improve
organizational effectiveness
