Facilitating
groups at work can be frustrating, exhausting, and non-productive
without the right combination of proper facilitation
skills and ‘in-the-moment’ sensitivity.
This program aims to impart the wide-ranging skills
and knowledge that a facilitator will need to have in
order to conduct successful meetings and discussions.

Participants

Ms
Lina Xu is a leadership and management development facilitator
who brings a rich depth and breadth of corporate experience
to the training and development arena. She is on the
adjunct faculty of the US-based Center for Creative
Leadership, and has worked with global clients in MNCs
across the region. Her interest and focus is on Leadership
Development and Executive Coaching. She is a Fellow
of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and has a Master
degree in Social Science (Counselling).
