understanding of business laws and their applications in their
working place.
Poh Heo Tat obtained his Master of Laws from the National
University of Singapore. He has immersed experience in commercial
litigation practice and has represented many local and international
clients in legal disputes relating to commercial contracts,
copyright & trademark infringements and commercial fraud
cases. In his legal practice, he acted for clients that include
government agencies like statutory boards and universities,
international banks and accounting firms.
Currently, he
lectures at a local polytechnic and is also an associate tutor
in business law with SIM University.
Mr.Poh
chairs the Volunteer Probation Officers’ Committee,
Ministry of Community Development Youth and Sports (2006-2008)
and is admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme
Court of Singapore
